The Jindera Football Club is a community-based club which prides itself on inclusion both on and off the field. We are committed to providing a structured, safe and welcoming environment for all our members.

Our goal is to encourage participation from the whole community while also promoting the game of Australian Rules Football and the spirit in which the game should be played.

We pride ourselves on our professionalism and we are continually developing ways to encourage participation in sport, while also educating our members and players about respect, loyalty and teamwork.

The Jindera Football Club understands the important role we play in the wider-community of Jindera and is an environment where freedom of expression and creativity is not only welcomed but encouraged

The Jindera Football Club has a long and successful history in the Hume Football League. It has been among the most successful clubs in the district, and today remains the only original club in the league.

The football club was established in 1899 and remains a competitive force to this day.

Both grades have been involved deep into finals football over the past decade with a number of grandfinal appearances.

Our Junior grades are also on the improve, with the club fielding sides in the under 14 and under 17 age groups, with strong support from parents and members our teams are continually becoming stronger, while also facilitating an Auskick program locally, which is the fastest growing in the state and with the most girl participants.

Development through these teams has also been a great success, with a number of junior players now representing our Senior grades on a weekly basis.
